Harvestore structures recommend storage of high moisture corn at levels of 22% to 35%. High moisture corn generally refers to grain with a kernel moisture content of 22% to 28% moisture. At this level, the high moisture corn has been through the natural fermentation process based on the integrity of the storage structure that reduces the access of air to the feed.
